All of our employees dealing with personal data within the frame of their job duties are bound to discretion and orderly handling of the data and system.

If any personal data is transmitted via our website, on the phone or in any written form ( e-mail, fax or letter ), e.g. within a request or a booking, the transmitter agrees that his business or personal details will be electronically recorded and processed for any legally required actions.
We will save and process these data solely for the purpose of your personal support, and the transmission of product information or the submission of service offers and reviews, as far as this is necessary within the frame of each individual case. We will treat your provided information discretely and in accordance with the valid data protection laws. You may object to this use of personal data at any time.
For the purpose of execution of the accommodation agreement / contract we collect and process the data required. These are particularly your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, possibly company details for invoicing, as well as the dates of your stay and the type of room booked. These details are necessary to enable a booking.

Information on data safety
Each transmission of personal data during your reservation process is encoded by SSL-Secure Socket Layer with up to 256 bits, depending on your browser. SSL is a tried-and-tested system and matches the actual highest standard of data safety in the internet.
When you advise your credit card details to guarantee your reservation, your credit card data will not be sent to the hotel on a direct way. The hotel will only receive a random code that will enable him to retrieve your credit card data (SSL-encoded) one time only. A retransmission of this data is not possible, not even using the correct code.
